The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.


The position

  • Full Time
  • As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.
  • Assisting the Lounge Manager with day to day operations across all Food & Beverage.
  • Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
  • Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members.
  • Handle any escalated guest complaints

The Person

  • Have an absolute "can do" attitude.
  • You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend and public holidays.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
  • Wellgroomed and professional in appearance.
  • RSA
  • Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
