As a Venue Supervisor at ST. ALi, you will be a pivotal leader in our front-of-house operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service and impeccable standards
  • Managing catering and functions, from planning to execution, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Utilizing your exceptional frontofhouse experience to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Upholding ST. ALi's reputation for excellence in hospitality, both internally and externally
  • Implementing ongoing training programs and monthly focus sessions to continuously develop and upskill staff members

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in front-of-house operations, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Previous experience in managing teams and executing functions and events
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving abilities
  • A positive attitude, a handson approach leading from the front, and a commitment to teamwork
  • A deep appreciation for quality coffee and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
