Summary of the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Village Coordinator who is passionate about working with and providing excellent operational support to seniors residing in our Parkville community to ensure the village operates efficiently and to the highest standards in order to meet the day to day needs of our residents.

Based in Melbourne, the position will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all enquiries, property management and maintaining optimal occupancy.

This position is a 12 month fixed term position.

ABOUT YOU:


You will have strong communication and organisation skills, the ability to work autonomously and to build robust and effective relationships with customers.

Previous experience in sales and marketing, property management, leasing and contract management is highly desirable as is having an understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and associated legislation.
