As the
General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement in one of Australia's most iconic locations.

This role oversees 2 hotels in the Darling Harbour precinct, and we are looking for an experienced leader with previous experience in a large hotel or multi-hotel operation preferable.


  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering their individual growth and contributing to the business's overall success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at boosting revenue, streamlining operations, and elevating the guest experience.
  • Provide support to all departments to ensure the attainment of operational targets and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to optimise occupancy rates and revenue generation.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, nurturing a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists to thrive.

Qualifications
A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results.
