The Role


As an Office Administrator in our Norwest Team you will have the opportunity to support our Team of Engineers, Planners and surveyors with day to day administrative tasks.


You will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment being part of diverse projects whilst working alongside a strong, passionate and experienced team delivering innovative solutions.


What we are looking for

  • Providing effective administrative services to support the overall business operations in the Melbourne office (including the Project Team and Senior members of staff)
  • Coordinating the production and quality of proposals, tenders, EOIs, project sheets and capability statements
  • Ensuring files associated with proposals are stored, maintained and ultimately archived in line with the company's management system.
  • Management of the office operating costs (within the approved budgets, across the region)
  • Maintaining Client Contacts in CRM (Customer Relation Management) system
  • Management of office facilities including maintenance of office equipment and facility repairs
  • Organising and coordinating staff activities and company functions
