**About the Role**
At MyIntegra, Administration Assistant organise and coordinates support for NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services and help improve their lives and assist them in achieving their goals.

**Your key responsibilities as **an** Administration Assistant includes**:

- Initiate, execute, and comnplete Service Delivery
- Refine customer requirements
- Ensure quality of Service
- Maintain and develop relations with mainstream and disability associations service providers
- Identify potential improvements to existing services and processes

**About You**
**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Experience working with people with disability wil be desirable
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients & customers.
- Advance knowledge in MS Office Suite
- Superior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Must be highly organized.
