Join our passionate team and be part of our exciting growth journey at Innovior, and help us shape the future of digital transformationThe Role – Customer Success Manager Join Innovior as a Customer Success Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Baa S (Billing as a Service) clients in the Health Care space.

We're seeking a customer advocate with strong technical knowledge and exceptional communication skillsAs the Customer Success Manager, you will: Ensure operational health of Baa S clients.

Train new & existing customers on the product, including creating training materials.
Relay feedback to the product team to drive product improvement.
Facilitate interaction among client delivery, project teams, and engineering teams.
Represent Innovior's value proposition internally and externally.
Collaborate with team members on client meetings.
Lead governance calls with the product team.
About You: 3-5 years of experience in managing customer success or service delivery.
Experience in client-facing roles.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
Certifications in relevant areas such as Salesforce or Agile are a plus.
