**The Opportunity**

As the key HR Lead of a geographically dispersed workforce of 300+, you will provide advise and expertise in;

This role will oversee an HR Specialist, assisting in the rollout of new initiatives and ensuring HR programs are in place to support Managers and employees across the group.

**You**

As an HR generalist you will possess a strong understanding of relevant employment laws, awards and agreements and have the ability to lead and impart knowledge in relation to Workplace matters. Your experience in ensuring safe, compliant, and effective delivery of all employee engagements will be highly valued. Excellent verbal communication and written skills will be integral to all aspects of the role, particularly in the development of policies and protocols to enhance operational performance. A Bachelor degree in HR/Business or other related qualifications will be essential.
