This opportunity
The
Corporate Concierge will provide exceptional service and support to our employees and our guests.

Key duties will include meeting and greeting guests, maintaining reception, and meeting rooms, coordinating bookings, assisting with events and catering, and performing general administrative tasks.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcoming Guests:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests arriving on the client floor, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Conduct introductions and ensure guests are directed to the appropriate location or person.
  • Reception and

Meeting Room Maintenance:
_

  • Ensure the client floor reception area is clean, tidy, and wellpresented.
  • Monitor and manage the condition of meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly equipped and ready for use.
  • Collaborate with the day cleaner to ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are regularly cleaned and maintained.
  • Primary Contact for the

Client Floor:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns related to the client floor.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to clients, employees, and visitors regarding various services and facilities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client floor operations and building policies.
  • Booking and Setup:_
  • Manage the booking system for meeting rooms, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient use of resources.
  • Assist in setting up training rooms, ensuring necessary equipment and materials are prepared.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to arrange catering for events and meetings.
  • Catering and Refreshments:_
  • Assist with ordering and organizing catering for various events and meetings.
  • Ensure refreshments are available and replenished as needed in reception and breakout areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and place orders as required.

Breakout Area Management:
_
- _ Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of reception and breakout areas throughout the day._
- _ Ensure seating areas are comfortable and well-presented for guests._
- _ Regularly check and restock reading materials, brochures, and other relevant resources._

  • Other:_
- _ Utilize various software and systems, including Outlook, visitor management systems, Excel, and Word, to perform administrative duties._
- _ Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as assigned._

Knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and employees.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
  • A professional and polished appearance with a customercentric mindset.
