About the Company
Davidson Technology are currently supporting eHealth Queensland in appointing a Senior ICT Network Consultant to join on an initial contract till July 2024 with possibility of extension.
This role offers the ability to work 2-3 days from home, with the remainder being in office.About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development, design and implementation of large scale and complex ICT solutions across Cisco data, wireless sand unified voice solutions.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include- Manage the design, planning and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
- Manage the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.
- Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.
- Manage a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will be able to demonstrate
- Extensive experience in design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of technical solutions
- Knowledge and experience in designing ICT solutions across large scale, complex IM/ICT programs.
- Experience designing ICT solutions across multiple sites and scales and providing expert knowledge in relevant design standards, techniques and methods and tools for large scale complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary project team
Leading change through people)
- Hands on experience in the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of changes for large complex IM/ICT program/project(s).
- A high level analytical, conceptual and problemsolving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of technical requirements within a complex IM/ICT environment.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions
Effective and strategic influencing, Collaborative working)
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification or Cisco Certification in wireless or networking would be well regarded.
In addition to the above, you might be required to use eHealth vehicles, so having a full license is mandatory.
