About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations of the Foundation, the key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing system administration services for the Foundation CRM (Salesforce NPSP).
  • Communicating with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively and efficiently.

What you bring:

  • Experience in systems troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in providing team support and coordinating technology support services.
  • Experience in managing and executing systems maintenance projects endtoend.
  • Experience in importing, exporting and analysing data to produce meaningful information and reports to various audiences levels in a fastpaced and growing environment.

  • A lateral thinker with the ability to find solutions with limited direction and within tight timeframe.
  • Can effectively deal with unanticipated situations which are common in technology space.

What you need:

  • An undergraduate qualification in information management, information technology, or business with applied experience in information support services, or an equivalent, alternate combination of relevant qualification, knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • An understanding of the Australian philanthropic community.
  • Experience in collaborating with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work autonomously and creatively and strong organisational skills.
