WorkSafe ACT has an exciting temporary vacancy for a motivated and diligent professional to fill the role of Senior Investigator within our Major Investigations team.

The Major Investigations team is primarily responsible for conducting and managing workplace investigations and providing compliance and enforcement services that contribute to the reduction of harm and improved support for injured or ill workers in ACT workplaces.


The Senior Investigator will undertake high level workplace investigations, prepare investigation plans and briefs of evidence, collect and manage evidentiary material and give evidence at court.

This position will be in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
