About the Role:

Do you have an inquisitive mind to seek out information that helps influence decisions? Are you passionate about gathering market intelligence, sourcing top talent and building talent pipelines to fill high profile senior and niche specialist roles?

We're looking for an Executive Search Specialist to join our Talent Management Team.

This is an exciting role that directly contributes to the achievement of Allianz's business objectives by matching executive level and specialist external talent to our open and future opportunities.

You will also gather market intelligence to help us understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that provide insights aligned to our future state skills and position Allianz as a market leader.


Reporting to the Manager People Attraction, Executive and Specialist, this is a strategic role working where you will identify and engage talent for our Executive and niche specialist positions.

You will play a lead role in defining the strategy that will enable our business to evolve through our talent as the industry transforms.

Key initiatives include ways to build talent pipelines, develop market intelligence briefs to present to senior stakeholders, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.


How you will make an impact

  • Partner with the PA team, HR and the business to understand the future talent needs and align our talent sourcing strategies to deliver
  • Use your commercial and research expertise to deliver insights reports that enable us to make talent decisions based on external benchmark and competitor data.
  • Connect with our internal leadership talent to embed engagement strategies, enhance our networks to attract talent and encourage brand ambassadorship that will amplify our brand in market

Important to your success:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in talent and business research and sourcing using the latest tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, intranet sourcing channels and plugins to understand market trends and competitor talent insights to source specific talent in the market.
  • Exposure to the use of talent assessment and selection methodology including psychometric tools to make effective selection decisions
  • Ideally, you have experience within a multinational organisation and used to large corporate matrix structures national
  • Experience using insights through leveraging data to support critical talent decisions.
