Benefits

  • Ensure that estimates and finals are transmitted on time to carriers' requirements.
  • Complete various documentation such as, aircraft NOTOC, AVI checks and export sheets.
  • Complete Dangerous Goods checks.
  • Coordinate flight build up as per carriers' request.
  • Ensure special commodities are handled as required.
  • Ensure that held shipments are communicated to the builder
  • Adhere to airline, customs, quarantine and airport requirements and procedures
  • Complete daily bond check of export racks.
  • Accept and process live animals according to airline requirements
  • Assist with reconciliation and breakdown of import freight
  • Assist with crosscheck of manifests and preparation of export freight
  • Assist the Supervisor to monitor staff as required

Shift Pattern:
Rotating roster Mon - Fri, morning, day and evening shifts

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Possess strong Cargo system and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Possess customer service experience.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be willing and able to work shift work.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level attention to detail and numerical ability.
  • Working knowledge of operating procedures, requirements and systems.
  • Hold and maintain valid state drivers license.
