The Information Management and Technology Division guides the Departments' digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the Department including Victorian government schools.
The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.
IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the Department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (IaaS), enterprise cloud platforms (PaaS) and software (SaaS), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security and integration.

About the opportunityThe Workforce Capability Services team is seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is looking for an opportunity broaden their experience and to contribute to drive workforce capability uplift, cultural reform, and employee engagement to support the technology division.
As the Workforce Capability Services Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with People leaders and other internal stakeholders, you will provide support in line with organisational priorities and relevant government policy, legislation, industrial awards and departmental policies.
About you- Welldeveloped relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of providing service excellence and continuous improvement
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures and contemporary developments in human resources management, including the Fair Work Act 200
- Demonstrated understanding of the VPS Enterprise Agreement 2020 and other relevant employment legislative frameworks, eg; Public Administration Act, Code of Conduct
- Hold relevant tertiary qualification in in a relevant discipline highly regarded.
