We are seeking a Temporary receptionist to join our client's Australian manufacturing company (50 years of Electrical & Engineering excellence) based in Richmond.

Duties of the role include

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors and guests and staff
  • General duties including ensuring all staff and visitors meet building access requirements
  • Manage deliveries and dispatches from head office are ontime and distributed correctly
  • Coordinate a switchboard by ensuring all calls are vetted and directed to the appropriate team in a timely manner
  • General housekeeping including booking meeting and communal areas
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Expectational customer service skills and experience
  • Availability to complete Tempory position June 5 th 2023 start 12 th July 2023 finish
  • Happy and able to travel to Richmond
