What this job involves

As the Property Service Coordinator, you will learn skills on how to support our operational staff, contractors and tenants and will gain a grass roots understanding on how to manage buildings.

If you have a positive attitude, this is a great opportunity to find a career in corporate real estate.

This role works on a roster between 7:00am - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday.

A snapshot of the role:

Resolve a variety of queries for owners, tenants, property managers and building managers
Ensure superior customer satisfaction is provided
Administering our Operational platform by assigning site work requests to contractors
Actively participate in projects as assigned and deliver results
Onboarding new clients and property transitions

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

You will have preferably finished studying your degree in Property or an equivalent degree in 2023 or intending to finish in 2024.

A drive for a career in real estate and an interest in learning the delivery of Building Management Services
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy is achieved
Proactive and positive approach
Team player, focused on the best outcome for all
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
