Reporting to the
Project Manager, Indigenous Participation and working within a collaborative community, this is truly a unique opportunity to lead streams of work through cross functional working groups, delivering valuable outcomes to our Operations and our people.


You will be an integral part of the leadership team within the Human Resources Division, your input will be highly valued as you shape the People strategy specific to Indigenous Participation.

Through exposure to different initiatives across the various Divisions within Rio Tinto Iron Ore, you will have the opportunity to stretch and diversify your experience and exposure across a variety of business and function specific strategies and challenges.

You will partner with teams across Iron Ore to enable and empower our people to achieve better cultural understanding, inclusivity and safety whilst driving the achievement of our Indigenous Participation Vision and Strategy.

Your expertise to link cultural awareness and insights to the strategy and business context is vital as you will demonstrate the ability to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.

Where you'll be working


You will be based at our head office located in Perth Central Park building, working Monday to Friday with regular site travel required.
