Our Western Australia team is now seeking an Aboriginal Participation Specialist to become an integral member of our WA business.

Based out of our Perth office on Whadjuk Noongar Country, this exciting role will help GHD bring to life our determination and commitment by playing our part in increasing the participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and businesses as well as developing relationships with Community.


The role will:

  • Lead and manage resources, relationships and the ongoing growth of our participation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Indigenous subconsultants and suppliers as well as potential Indigenous business partners
  • Work closely with Federal and State (and in some instances, local) government agencies, as appropriate, to leverage new opportunities and support them in their cultural competency journey
  • Build close relationships with contractors and, where appropriate, play a lead role in developing alliances for the winning and delivery of project


With your high level and knowledge of maximising outcomes for Aboriginal businesses, people and communities, you will lead GHD to be well placed as a key performer.
