What will you be doing in this role:

  • Answer and direct all inbound calls
  • Greet clients and assist with their requests
  • Manage meeting room, coordinate refreshments for meetings
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Administration support to the Property Management & Sales team
  • Issue keys, manage main and liaison with trades
  • Keep the office tidy and running smoothly
  • Passionate about real estate and building a long term career
  • Immaculately presented
  • Confident in answer phones and greet guests
  • Capable to take on more than just reception tasks
  • Experienced in a customer service or client facing role
  • Tech savvy and confident to learn new software programs
