The
Valet Parking Team Leader is pivotal to our success, as the valet experience often marks the beginning and end of our customers' visits to our Westfield living centres.

As the leader of the Westfield Bondi Junction Valet team, you will oversee the physical valet operations, manage personnel, streamline processes, and oversee the commercial and technical aspects of this business unit.

We seek an individual who is enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated to enhancing the customer experience within a dynamic team culture.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Valet Parking Supervisor to lead, coach and develop the valet parking team to deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to improve the parking experience.
  • Manage the daytoday operations to ensure processes and SOP 's is being conducted daily and maintain a sense of overall operational awareness amongst the team.
  • Dive into the data to extract trends and insights that unlock future opportunities and improvements.
  • Drive awareness of the importance of valet parking experience and identify potential opportunities to resolve elements of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver reporting, revenue assurance, loss mitigation.


This role requires flexibility to work on a fixed 5 day schedule, including all 7 days, to support valet operations.
