The exciting opportunity:
- Based 10 minutes East of Perth's CBD
- Responsible for the operations and effective delivery of HCP and CHSP services
- Lead, stabilise, mentor and inspire a team that works collaboratively to achieve a shared purpose and goals
- Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
- Ensure the service operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
- Collaborate with the Quality & Training Manager, assisting to review and update policies and procedures, and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and maximise resources to achieve business objectives and financial targets

About you:
- Demonstrated success in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in home care
- Motivated, inspirational and supportive leader who is able to grow staff and build a stable and committed team
- Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and funding requirements, and a proven track record achieving compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, and able to develop mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders
- Open minded, embraces diversity and is committed to delivering inclusive care and services that respects people's beliefs, culture and individuality
