Role
***Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible contributing as a positive and productive team member of the Customer Service Department by ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all customers external to the business while maintaining a positive working relationship with other internal departments across all divisions. Enable Brickworks to deliver a superior customer service experience
Duties include but are not limited to

  • Support multiple Brickworks divisions to ensure superior communication to all customers.
  • Positive participation in daytoday processes, inclusive of safety and training requirements.
  • Complete data Entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly and end of month reporting as required by Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Liaise with various internal departments through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Answer inbound calls to service a wide range of customers.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services.
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner.

Success Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (Minimum Cert 4 in a related area).
  • Experience in Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.
  • Prior experience working in customer service.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
  • Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
