About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Change the role will leverage strong stakeholder management skills to support the successful planning and delivery of change activity in relation to organisational transformation and business improvement programs.

Partner with business units to enable change and engagement, driving implementation and adoption of strategic projects and improvement initiatives
Anticipate change impacts and develop change management plans for business improvement and strategic initiatives that acknowledge the different aspects of the change process, bringing your stakeholders on the journey to adopt the change
Facilitate change workshops, engaging stakeholders in the role of change to support improved outcomes and adoption of change

Contribute to the development of a strategy to support adoption of the change management techniques both internally and with external stakeholders, including targeted communications and training as require.

About you

As our, Change Lead, you will have responsibility for leading collaboration and co-design activities with all levels of the business, providing expert advice and a people centred approach to change management that supports the building of change capability and embedding of sustainable change.


You are a true partner to the business, collaborative, empathetic with a sense of humour and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

You can facilitate with ease and have a natural ability to bring people together.
You've done this before, with working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and techniques - you know how to identify stakeholders, plan out change activity and training and develop communication plans using the tools that make sense for the change
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls at the one time, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
You're a natural problem solver who takes initiative with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
