This role is crucial in leading the development and implementation of innovative cyber security solutions tailored to address the needs of a diverse client base across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and execute the business plan and comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the cyber security practice, independently and in collaboration with Microsoft and other key security partners.
  • Drive substantial growth in cyber security revenue by nurturing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and ensuring offerings align with evolving market requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, like Microsoft, to deliver efficient cyber security solutions with significant return on investment.
  • Lead the cyber security team in optimizing cost strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Implement a robust communication and reporting strategy to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization and external partners.
  • Participate actively in industry forums and events, positioning the company as a leading voice in cyber security.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in C-level positions in IT services, specifically in cyber security.
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies and driving business development in cyber security.
  • Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, particularly with major tech vendors such as Microsoft.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team of cyber security professionals, including Principal Product Managers and Cyber Security Architects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder negotiations and team guidance.
