Job Description
  • 12 Month parental leave cover opportunity.

Supporting the Marketing Manager - Digital Media, the Digital Media Lead is responsible for the planning, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels (SEM, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile etc). Ensuring all digital media plans achieve brand objectives, drive omnichannel sales and increase ROAS. As an expert, this role ensures digital marketing best practices are maximised, and actionable insights provided to the business for continuous improvement.

Here's a taste of the Digital Media Lead responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels (SEM, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, etc).
  • Sets clear campaign KPIs & channel targets that align to industry best practice and to maximise the effectiveness of the brand or value campaign in the market.
  • Delivery of post campaign analysis & responsible for measurement of campaign KPIs.
  • Keeps up to date on the digital landscape and industry best practices; recommends changes to our ways of working that maximise media investment return.
  • Works collaboratively with our media agencies to continuously improve and refine our media processes.
  • Builds a strong relationship with the broader Marketing, Merchandise, eCommerce teams to advise and recommend best practice digital media strategies.
  • Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation.
  • Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity.
  • Provides input into weekly updates to the Marketing Leadership team on digital media performance results.
  • Role modelling the Endeavour Group's Values and Ways of Working.
Qualifications

Now let's talk about you:

  • Strong experience in digital media & performance based marketing, proven success in managing multiple campaigns across channels.
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape including SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Mobile, Social, Video and Native.
  • Knowledge and experience with advertising, digital tracking, attribution modelling & analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong platform knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads & Programmatic buying.
  • Adobe analytics experience a bonus but not required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
