What this role is responsible for

The role will be responsible for the growth of Athletics enrollments at Crimson Education globally; driving awareness in key markets and coordinating high impact digital campaigns via the creation of design assets and execution of campaigns.

This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

A portion of the role will be ANZ-focused, but you will join a diverse team and have access to global resources.


In particular, you will:


Lead generation of collateral related to Crimson's international athletics program, which supports high school scholar-athletes around the world by strategizing their growth in sport, preparing them for U.

S.
admissions (SAT/ACT, extracurriculars, essays, etc.) and putting them in touch with coaches at top universities for the purpose of being recruited Help to map Crimson Athletics' growth strategy while owning a tight marketing budget Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns, including managing events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & more Help manage our sales funnel—monitor the pipeline of prospective families and provide reports analysing marketing touchpoints and campaign performance Collaborate with regional marketing teams to share assets generated, and filter best practices across company units Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolment Scout and develop partnership opportunities Skills & Experience
