As the Regional Marketing Lead you will join our award-winning marketing team and oversee strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns in Australia region.

We are looking for a bold-thinking marketing professional — with strong experience in B2 B marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of organization, including teams in marketing, sales and delivery.

Your Impact
As the Regional Marketing Lead you will work closely with your Country stakeholders and global marketing teams to contribute to the growth and position of our organization in a variety of ways, including:

  • Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the region
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Localize global client campaigns to create impact in the local market
  • Build innovative account based marketing (ABM) programs that reach clients and build relationships
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and other departments, as well as external partners and agencies.
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Segment and profile target clients
  • Develop and support other team members
  • Deep understanding of local business issues, with a focus on digital transformation.
