  • We are searching for a dedicated and driven Head of Growth with a profound understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
  • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will spearhead creating and implementing growth strategies.
  • Your role involves identifying market opportunities, devising effective strategies, and executing campaigns to expand our base of enthusiasts.
  • This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement; you should lead by example and collaborate closely with the team for day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic growth plan to drive a multi-channel, multi-market strategy in line with the company's mission across products and services.
  • Utilize web3 marketing tactics and growth strategies to expand our community and enthusiast base.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships with Web3 podcasts, newsletters, and publications.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Engage with Web3 communities and groups.
  • Establish and activate a broad network of partners and KOLs across relevant channels.
  • Lead and mentor the team to enhance successful growth activities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar growth marketing role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising and Google Analytics.
  • Network of KOLs.
  • Proven track record in building, growing, and managing projects within the web3.0/blockchain/NFT space.
  • Demonstrated management skills including leadership, team building, strategy, analysis, and execution.
  • Structured, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to excel in fast-paced and remote work environments.
