ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide high level administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Associate Director Clinical Operations and within the sector office generally. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info for further information.

Please note: This is a temporary full-time position for a period of twelve (12) months with possible extension.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including the ability to function as part of a team
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong administrative experience and high level experience in Microsoft office suite
