Job Description
  • Conduct on-site meetings to determine requirements for members.
  • Evaluate warranty and damage claims, providing fair and accurate assessments.
  • Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds, delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and claim outcomes.
  • Participate in team activities, contributing to a positive work culture.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to empathise and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong ethical principles, ensuring fairness and objectivity in assessment processes.
  • Demonstrated maturity and adaptability
  • Valid C class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Permanent work rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in a claims assessor / case manager role highly desirable but not essential
