Our client is a reputed Japanese company. They are currently seeking a personal assistant to join their North Sydney office team.

About the role:

This role will be responsible for interpreting and assisting Japanese expatriates.

  • Translated various documents from English to
  • Assist with arrangements of meetings and join the meeting as an interpreter.
  • Provided administrative and clerical support to expatriates and made travel and stay arrangements as well as trip schedules.
  • Assist preparation of documents and reports.
  • Manage and coordinate the schedule.
  • Handle adhoc tasks to assist expatriates.

Skills and Experience:

  • Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, such as Translator, Interpreter and Executive Assistant, etc
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
  • A good team player with willingness to be flexible and supportive to other
