What the role entails:

As our

OD Specialist you will be responsible for designing, developing and embedding a range of programs, frameworks, tools and policies to improve talent attraction, performance, development, motivation and retention.


Working with the P&C Business Partners, and other P&C specialists as appropriate, you will identify key organisational needs and develop initiatives which are strategically aligned and integrated into the employee lifecycle, seamless and scalable, and focused on achieving the greatest impact possible.


Key focus areas include:

  • Leading our employee engagement strategy
  • Developing our D&I strategy
  • Optimising our approach to performance management
  • Embedding our new EVP (currently under development)
  • Evolving our approaches to high performing talent management and career development
  • Wellness and safety

Here'

s what you'

ll need to bring:

  • At least 6 years' generalist P&C experience where you've learnt great OD fundamentals or 3 years' specialist OD experience, with direct exposure to contemporary OD practices exposure to offshore teams would be highly regarded
  • High energy and commitment to continuously improving the employee experience, organisational talent outcomes and business results through effective OD practices
  • Proven ability to develop clear project plans and work autonomously, and/or by leading through others, to deliver/execute
  • Experience working in high growth, fast moving environments with the proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing workloads
  • Degree qualifications in human resources, commerce/business, or a related field
  • Certification(s) in a range of organisational assessment tools (ideally including the Predictive Index) would be highly regarded
