Here at Justice Health NSW, the Release of Information Clerk (AO3) position works with the Medico-Legal Team to facilitate the timely release of health information to internal and external health providers and eligible applicants whilst ensuring compliance with the Health Records Information and Privacy Act 2002 and all Ministry of Health Circulars and Policies.

The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
