What you'll do

  • Drive engaging content strategies on Suncorp's internal and external platforms
  • Take charge of coordinating digital content and projects across graphic design, photography, videography, web design and publishing, and social media
  • Refine future content through insightful postrelease assessment
  • Build valuable relationships with the broader team, Corporate Affairs and stakeholders to provide advice on digital communication
  • Maintain brand tone and style, championing engaging content creation.
  • Maintain websites and digital channels to adhere to accessibility, content, branding standards
  • Develop online content that meets web writing best practices and ensure that it is accessible, readable, findable and usable.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of three years' experience working on website or content publishing ideally in a corporate setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Prior experience in an agency or other communications roles
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong project management abilities, including the creation and management of communication schedules, effective prioritisation, and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to assess the impacts of changes and plan successful communication activities
  • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) platforms, particularly in SharePoint intranet for content publishing tasks
  • Expertise in developing bestpractice design for internal and external digital content, with a focus on tracking, monitoring content effectiveness, and a solid understanding of accessibility and Google Analytics
