As part of the world's leading luxury goods group - LVMH - FENDI is seeking a high performing, passionate Store Manager to join its Sydney Westfield Store.


Profile:

THE ROLE
While representing the FENDI DNA, you will be a results driven leader supporting your team to achieve store targets, meeting the assigned KPIs and sales goals

Specifically, you will:

  • Monitor and achieve store performance and relevant KPIs.
  • Analyse the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across each product category.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for the team and set performance targets (team and individual) in line with KPIs.
  • Provide regular business updates (sales trends, forecasts, competitor updates) to management.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in line with FENDI's guidelines.
  • Identify, develop and motivate the team to reflect the company vision and business goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work with the CRM team to implement campaigns to strengthen the local client base through targeted CRM activities.
  • Ensure that FENDI's standards are applied and maintained at all times cross the customer service, internal control and back office activities (stock, mystery shopping, administration).

ABOUT YOU

  • Have a minimum 5 years retail sales experience with a passion for driving results.
  • Build strong relationships to deliver clientcentric solutions.
  • Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable.
  • Have strong business acumen with demonstrated commercial creativity.
  • Be KPI and results driven.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Have excellent personal presentation.
