About the Role
You will play a key role in providing high-quality internal payroll services to St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Your responsibilities will involve efficiently processing payroll information variations in line with hospital needs and relevant industrial agreements.

Key duties entail:

  • Offering administrative support to the Payroll Services team
  • Delivering first-line customer service for employee payroll inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controls
  • Precisely calculating wages, terminations, leave entitlements, and redundancies
  • Interpreting and updating records organization-wide in compliance with the award

The classification for this role will be **HS2** + over award ($71,767.80 per annum, pro-rata for part time)

The Payroll team is dedicated to providing pay-related services to St Vincent's Public Hospital in Melbourne. This includes handling employee payments under multiple industrial agreements and processing two fortnightly pay runs paid in alternate weeks.
