The opportunity


In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and efficient technology infrastructure across our organisation.

You will have the opportunity to manage device configuration and hygiene, deploy and patch desktop systems, administer MS Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams.

Your expertise will drive continuous operational improvement.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and utilise your technical knowledge in modern desktop technologies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outstanding IT services.

Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the migration of desktop services management to a full modern management design architecture, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains at the forefront of technology advancements.

In this position you will undertake but not be limited to:

  • Manage device configuration and hygiene across Windows 10/11 Laptops and mobile devices
  • Deploy and patch MS Windows 10/11 desktops, 3rd party patch management and MS Office 365 service rings
  • Ensure enterprise mobility and security of mobile devices
  • Provide monthly reports on device compliance status
  • Oversee desktop & mobile device vulnerability management
  • Ensure SOE web browser security
  • Develop and maintain It processes

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Significant experience in a similar role supporting modern desktop technologies.
  • Strong understanding of clodnative and hybrid solution designing VDI Infrastructure
  • Microsoft certification in Windows 10/11 Enterprise management & Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and process principals
  • Experience with MS Office 365 workload L2/3 administration and security
  • Great customer service with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • An awareness of regulatory requirements as they relate to data governance and information security
