The Head of Client Operations is responsible for:

  • The provision of administration services to APRA regulated superannuation clients inline with contractual obligations as a material outsourced service provider.
  • Ensuring that the services delivered are efficient, effective and compliant and drive administration effectiveness including the support of reviews into the service.
  • Representing the superannuation administration offering in relation to new business and growth opportunities.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:

  • Overall leadership of superannuation administrators, providing direction, and guidance to ensure the team delivers quality service to clients.
  • Identify people, process, and quality improvements to lower the cost to serve.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to superannuation administration and related services
  • Work with each client to understand relationship status and ensure the client voice is an input to the ways of working within the administration operation.
  • Support the growth of the Client Operations team by participating in new business development opportunities
  • Prepare and contribute to reports for client funds including Trustee Boards and internally to the COO and senior management on the performance of the client operations team.
  • Financial performance of the team and its contribution to overall financial performance of the Operations team.
  • Participate as part of the COO's leadership team

What you will bring:

  • Experience in managing teams in a superannuation administration service environment
  • Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to superannuation administration services
  • Over 10 years experience in leading teams in superannuation administration environments
  • Formal qualifications in superannuation or related industry
