SMAART Recruitment has once again partnered with one the world's largest and fastest growing BPOs. Due to new logos and growth in the APAC region, they are now looking for a Head of Operations to take their team to new heights in Australia.


This client facing role is a hands-on position that will see you manage their growing Contact Centre, which is projected to hit 600 employees within the next 12 months.


Due to this expansion they are looking for a Head of Operations that has had experience rapidly scaling Contact Centres, managed teams, created strategy, is comfortable with forecasting and loves being client facing.


What we are looking for:

  • Extensive Contact Centre Management and Leadership experience preferably in a BPO environment
  • Have overseen centres of 600+ agents
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and great foresight for planning activities
  • Great financial management experience, especially when developing budgets, reporting and forecasting
  • Exposure to all things Business Management, HR, Project Management
  • Experience in transformation would be highly advantageous
