Our client is seeking an immediately available People & Culture Advisor to join their small but mighty team on a short-term basis.
The people & culture team is committed to continuous improvement, and it supports its diverse workforce to deliver a number or programs and services to the community.
Due to staff movement, there is an opportunity for a short-term resource to provide support to the P & C team.
- HR admin including
- Assist in HR investigations and preparation of letters, Online onboarding and induction management.
- Variations
- Employment Contract issuing
- General queries and responses
- Roster communications and queries
- Assisting with recruitment and recruitment compliance
- HR Systems maintenance and management
- Workcover admin, under direction form Sophie & Shaheen
- HR project work for the HRIS and other projects
- Monitor staff on fixedterm arrangements for extensions.
- Provide backup relief for other HR functions.
