About the Role

Reporting to the Director Quality and Safety, the Senior Quality Improvement Partner provides leadership, coordination and technical support to the division to achieve high quality care and continuous improvement. Working in partnership with the division leaders, the Senior Quality Improvement Partner facilitates the division to:

deliver on the accreditation standards and other applicable regulatory requirements including but limited to the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards

contribute to the development and implementation of the division's risk register and quality and business improvement plan

deliver continuous improvement initiatives across the program

About You

You are a team player, experienced in implementation and embedding of strong clinical governance processes including quality standards. Your exceptional interpersonal and engagement skills allow you to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation. You have:

Experience in clinical quality and risk management

A strong understanding of clinical governance

An understanding of a just culture

Experience in continuous quality improvement and

We would highly regard:

Experience in project management

Clinical experience (current or previous)

A higher qualification in health, quality or business management or progress towards such a qualification
