We are looking for a
HR People Partner to join our HR Operations team, to support our Resources & Industrial (R&I) division across WA.

You will be supporting the Operations function of our R&I division by providing professional and timely guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related activities.

These activities will include, however not limited to workforce planning, organisational capability, change management, training and development, workplace investigations & grievances in line with company policies and procedures.


This role will suit someone who is seeking to continue/develop their HR generalist experience and have the ability to communicate and coach effectively to all areas of the business, to ensure better outcomes on people related matters.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years human resources experience in a similar role
  • Proven capability in managing grievances and investigations end to end with strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Working history supporting cultural change initiatives would be advantageous
  • Strong foundation in a broad range of contemporary HR principles & practices.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building trusted relationships.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraints.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a businessrelated discipline.
