ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Part time, permanent position


Days
  • Alternating Saturday's (0.1 EFT)
  • Opportunity to pick up casual shifts throughout the year
  • Hours:
  • The department is closed on public holidays
  • Greet patients on arrival to the department
  • Responsible and accountable for the daytoday activities in the Fetal Monitoring Unit, ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to the patients and staff
  • Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage, including admitting and discharging patients

  • High level of interpersonal, communication skills and computer literacy
  • Familiar with the computer system iPM
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
