WOW Recruitment are looking for a highly enthusiastic and proactive Outbound Sales Representative for our client based in Alexandria.

Our client is primarily a B2B brand, removing barriers for adopting solar to enable the mass implementation of solar panels, batteries, and virtual power plant solutions. Their solutions allow homeowners and businesses to save costs on their energy bills and have a sustainable contribution to the environment

Commission Structure:

Entry Level: $100k OTE

Mid Level: $130-140k OTE

High Performers: $150k -170k

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to conduct outreaches to prospective clients.
  • Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
  • Build rapport, qualify, and demonstrate the value proposition.
  • Build and nurture positive and genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and external clients.
  • Utilising CRM software for data entry and sales pipeline management.

About You:

  • Previous experience in solar/renewable energy sales is ideal but not essential.
  • Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
  • Professionalism and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, personable, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
