An opportunity for Release and Change professional to support the thorough assessment and risk mitigated release of changes across Identity and Access technology solutions.


Working with a highly skilled team of Cyber specialists, in this role, you will effectively govern the lower environments in the deployment lifecycle, ensuring appropriate checks, communication and approval processes have been satisfied within each phase prior to progression.

You will drive delivery timelines and collaborate multiple stakeholders across Identity and Access Technology crews and squads, whilst ensuring actual or perceived risks are appropriately communicated and mitigated.

The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar of the wider Group Security practice. You will be part of Release and Change Chapter that sit in IAT broader team.

We are the change and release function that supports change for identity platforms (Sail point, Cyber Ark and Ping)


Our mission is to be uplift Identity space with real-time automated intervention, advanced analytics with real-time decisions, dynamic prioritisation and automated processes.


On a day to day basis you will:

  • Submitting changes on behalf of the delivery squads within the Identity and Access Technology team, ensuring quality of change and artefacts provided.
  • Attending the weekly Group Security Change Advisory Board to represent changes submitted.
  • Maintain the forward release calendar for Sail point, Cyber ark and Ping SSO platforms.
  • Collaborate with the delivery squads to plan changes in advance.
  • Communicate any upcoming changes with IAT Operations team and resolve any contentions.

  • Has experience in Change and release management
  • Are knowledgeable of identity Access management, Privilege Access Management and Authentication and Access tools.
  • Are comfortable using Service Now
  • Is certified in ITIL (desirable)
