Indigenous Banking Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking individuals to join the Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) team at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Sydney, Australia.

  • This role offers flexible working hours, including work-from-home arrangements and occasional office visits.
  • Open to candidates from all states, the role involves serving Indigenous customers based in remote areas across various regions in Australia.
  • Join a dedicated team at ICAL, the first banking service tailored for Indigenous communities in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, promote self-service options, and identify service improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Government Services to enhance Indigenous customers' banking experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven customer engagement abilities.
  • Experience in working with diverse communities and organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
