The Company:


A protective clothing manufacturer and cleaning service for Emergency Services needs a Dynamic and Collaborative Operations Coordinator / Administrator to join the Wetherill Park team supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running's of the company.

The business has several long-term contracts with the emergency services in NSW and are part of a global company who support and provide the high-quality clothing and amazing technology to go with it.


With full training provided this role will have a significant focus on building and maintaining client relationships, OH&S and managing the Quality Management System across two sites NSW and QLD.

Your day to day will include:

  • Reporting on operational performance alongside the Operations Manager and monitoring volume coming through and turnaround times
  • Managing the quality system making sure all internal audits are up to date and completed
  • Liaising with auditors around completion of
    OH&S systems and requirements through to audit and certification stage.
  • Processing invoices and reports by getting data from the system working with Excel and MS Dynamics (moving over to Xero in Jan)
  • Driving and implementing new processes and ideas alongside the Operations Manager to drive efficiency and being able to identify areas to improve on
  • Being involved in customers meetings building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Working and collaborating with the Operations Support in Adelaide who also support the Operations Manager

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with fantastic relationship building and customer service skills, being able to deal with customer queries on all levels
  • Someone who is analytical and enjoys analysing data, knowing what to look for with strong attention to detail skills
  • A problem solver, being able to identify problems and issues to improve bouncing ideas of the team
  • Strong MS Office skills in being able to do reports in Excel and format documents
  • The drive to want to improve and look at efficient ways to do it better
