As a People & Culture Business Partner at Cbus, you'll take ownership of a number of key business units, building effective partnerships with all levels of leadership to influence their people strategies, whilst collaborating with the broader P&C team to support our Fund-wide P&C Strategy.
You'll leverage people metrics, survey data and other insights to help drive employee engagement and experience across your client groups.
This role will see you provide guidance to our people leaders, on a range of matters across the employee lifecycle including talent attraction, performance management, employee relations, talent development, coaching and remuneration.
Crucial to your success in this role is your ability to contribute to a range of people matters, both reactive and proactive, with tenacity and enthusiasm.
This will come from your well-developed generalist experience as a trusted people partner, within a similar financial service, corporate or professional services environment.
Your HR experience will span across the whole employee life cycle, including exposure to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, people performance and remuneration reviews.
You have well developed interpersonal skills and are able to communicate to a range of stakeholder groups and leadership levels.
You operate with a high level of emotional intelligence and collaboration, with a natural ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders.
