We are currently looking to fill up
contract position full time hours in our
Business Operations team as a
Operation Assistance

  • Business hours between 7am7pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Accountabilities but not limited to:
Provide a full range of Operation support services including:

  • Organise farewell, morning tea and afternoon tea for team or company events
  • Photocopying, scanning
  • Manage post and couriers
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other departments
  • Process and maintain accurate and uptodate records and reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we're looking for

  • Previous HR or operation support or personal assistance experience is highly desirable

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to provide an exceptional user experience.

  • 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to start
    ASAP
